The SmartGen Black Start Solution is designed to provide automatic power system restoration following a complete or partial blackout, when external grid power is unavailable for equipment start-up.
The system enables automatic genset start-up, sequential equipment connection, and step-by-step restoration of critical loads. SmartGen controllers coordinate generator operation, monitor electrical parameters, control switching devices, and execute the predefined power restoration sequence.
For installations with multiple generator sets, the system can provide genset synchronization and parallel operation, allowing available generating capacity to be increased progressively and loads to be connected according to the configured control strategy.
Integration with the monitoring system enables remote supervision of generator status, electrical parameters, alarms, and the entire power restoration process.
The solution is suitable for industrial facilities, power plants, critical infrastructure, data centers, hospitals, and other applications where reliable autonomous restoration of electrical power after a blackout is essential.
