The SmartGen solution is designed for automated control and monitoring of diesel engine-driven air compressors. Based on the ACC7200 controller, the system provides comprehensive compressor control, operating parameter monitoring, fault diagnostics and equipment protection.
The controller supports automatic compressor start and stop, operating data acquisition and display, maintenance management, alarm monitoring and protective shutdown functions. Multiple programmable I/O channels and sensor interfaces allow the control system to be flexibly configured for different compressor applications and operating requirements.
The RS485 communication interface enables integration with local monitoring and supervisory systems. With the CMM366B-4G communication module, the compressor can also be remotely monitored, allowing operating data and equipment status information to be accessed through a communication network.
For modern diesel engines, the system supports DPF regeneration, making it suitable for engines designed to comply with the European Stage V emission standard.
The solution is suitable for industrial and mobile diesel air compressors, construction and mining equipment, industrial facilities and other applications requiring reliable automatic control, remote monitoring and comprehensive equipment protection.
