The SmartGen Emergency & Standby Power Solution is designed to automate emergency and backup power systems based on diesel or gas generator sets. The system continuously monitors the utility power supply and automatically starts the standby generator when the mains supply fails or its parameters exceed the configured limits.
The SmartGen genset controller provides automatic generator control, monitoring of key electrical and engine parameters, alarm management, and equipment protection. Once stable utility power is restored, the system automatically transfers the load back to the mains supply and performs a controlled generator shutdown sequence.
With optional I/O expansion modules, the system can be adapted to the requirements of a specific installation and integrated with additional sensors, actuators, and auxiliary equipment.
The solution also supports remote monitoring and management. Through the SmartGen Cloud platform, PC interface, or mobile application, operators can monitor generator status, mains parameters, operating conditions, alarms, and other essential system information.
The solution is suitable for commercial and office buildings, industrial facilities, healthcare facilities, telecommunications sites, critical infrastructure, and other applications requiring reliable standby power and automatic restoration of electricity during utility power failures.
