The SmartGen Hybrid Energy Solution is designed for intelligent management of multiple power sources within a single integrated energy system. It combines a diesel generator set, photovoltaic (PV) system, energy storage system (ESS), and utility grid to provide stable and efficient power supply to the connected loads.
Centralized system management is performed by the SmartGen HMU7 Hybrid Energy Management System, which monitors the available power sources and coordinates their operation according to load demand, grid availability, and the operating status of other system components.
The generator set can operate as a backup or supplementary power source, automatically supporting the system when required. The integration of solar generation and energy stored in the ESS helps optimize the use of conventional power sources and reduce generator operating hours.
The system supports local and remote monitoring, enabling operators to supervise equipment status and key operating parameters via PC or mobile devices.
This solution is particularly suitable for sites with unstable power supply, weak grid conditions, or limited access to the utility grid, as well as industrial, commercial, and infrastructure facilities requiring increased energy autonomy, reliable backup power, and efficient utilization of available energy resources.
