The SmartGen solution is designed for automated control of diesel-driven pump sets, operating parameter monitoring and remote supervision. The system provides automatic engine start and stop and can be applied in water supply, irrigation, drainage, industrial and other specialized pumping systems.
The controller provides pipeline pressure, water level and other pump system parameter monitoring, allowing the pump set to start automatically according to predefined operating conditions. Different start strategies can be implemented, including low pipeline pressure start, valve signal start, scheduled start and operator-initiated start.
The system also supports automatic engine operation control, alarm management and pump set protection, helping detect abnormal operating conditions and reduce the risk of equipment damage.
The RS485 communication interface enables integration with local monitoring systems. With the CMM366A communication module, the system can provide remote monitoring, operating data transmission and equipment positioning, which is particularly useful for pump sets installed at remote or unattended sites.
The solution is suitable for irrigation and water supply systems, industrial pumping stations, agricultural facilities, drainage systems and other autonomous pumping applications requiring reliable automatic control and remote monitoring.
