Product Overview:
HMC4300 Marine Diesel Engine Controller, used for automatic control system of single engine, which can realize engine local/remote start/stop, data measurement, display, alarm protection and etc. Internet access and GPS functions can be realized by connecting to CMM366 clound monitoring module via RS485 interface. In addition, CAN communication function of the controller is able to monitor the status of engine in real time through CANBUS and display the data on LCD screen; meanwhile, controller responds to the abnormal alarms of CANBUS and performs the corresponding proction actions to ensure the safety and stability; it can also be used to connect with remote monitoring module to realize the remote start/stop functions.
PERFORMANCE AND CHARACTERISTICS
─ Adopt 32-bit ARM SCM with high hardware integration;
─ 4.3-inch colour LCD, with 480x272 resolution, adjustable backlight brightness, optional Chinese/English, easy for debugging and commissioning;
─ CANBUS interface is able to support monitoring of dozens of electronic- controlled egines;
─ MODBUS RTU communication protocol is supported via RS485 interface, which can realize “Three Remote” (remote control, remote measurement, remote communication) functions;
─ With local mode and remote mode. Start/stop can be achieved via panel key in local mode and achieved via remote monitoring module in remote mode;
─ With override mode, when this mode is active, other alarms without shutdown except for emergency shutdown and overspeed shutdown;
─ RPU speed and oil pressure sensors can be connected. RPU oil pressure can select resistance/voltage/current type sensor;
─ With 4 Flex. sensors, No.3 of which supports resistance/voltage/current type;
