Delivery
Our company delivers SmartGen products throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta.
At the buyer's request, any other domestic or international postal or courier service may be used for delivery within Ukraine or to other countries, including Moldova, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and many others.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs depend on the region, order size, and the specific delivery service. The customer pays for delivery directly upon receipt of the order, according to the carrier's rates.
By separate agreement, the shipping cost may be included in the order price.
Delivery Time
The delivery time is agreed with a delivery service manager, who will contact you promptly after you place your order.
Important! An incorrect phone number or an inaccurate or incomplete address may cause additional delays. Please check your personal details carefully when registering and placing an order. The confidentiality of your registration details is guaranteed.
Delivery takes place on business days from 10:00 to 18:00. Goods ordered on Saturday or Sunday are delivered on Monday. The delivery time depends on when the order was placed and whether the goods are in stock.
Delivery Location
Delivery is made to the address provided when placing the order. If the goods need to be delivered to a different address, please inform our manager, who will contact you directly after you place the order on the website.
Rules
On delivery, you will receive all necessary purchase documents: a sales receipt, a cash receipt, and a warranty card. If the purchase is made on behalf of an organization, you will receive an invoice and a delivery note, on which your organization's stamp must be affixed.
Important! Please remember to clarify all technical specifications and consumer properties of the goods with our manager before purchase. On receipt, check that all items are present, that the goods work, that they match the description on our website, and that they have no mechanical damage.
If the packaging is damaged, carefully check that the goods themselves are intact and immediately raise a claim with the delivery service.
